Title: v6 missfire

I have a "98 v6 it's misfireing on #3cyl not getting spark on wire. changed plugs, plug wires coil airflow meter  & crank  sensor,
check light not on ,did a code check had old codes # 19, 33, 73,74 97, 145. ,any ideas  [smiley=huh.gif]

have you pushed the ht leads on properly at the dispack and spark plug end?

Well 19 is your Crank Sensor
33 Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Valve Voltage Low
73 Mass Air Flow Sensor Voltage Low
74 Mass Air Flow Sensor Voltage High
145 Immobiliser Wrong Signal

Don't know what 97 is?

yes made all checks on all connections to plug wires and coil .
was wondering if system carries seprate control for ingnation or ecu controls it.

crank sensor should stop car from starting not caues it to miss on one cyl.
