Title: CD/Radio query

As you can see i am a newbie to this site with only my 2nd post So HI everyone.
I have the CCR2006 System fitted and have always wondered why (but never asked anyone before) this happens.
Start car and radio will come on.
Turn off and leave either 5 mins or 5 hours then when turning back on sometimes the radio will come on to the station it was on before it was turned off or sometimes the CD player will come on plus at times when the radio comes on the channel will have changed.
 This cant be normal can it anyone experienced this and why does it do this any remedy cheers

Did it always have the CCR2006 in? Possible that if it's had a third party unit in the +12V and switched +12V have been switched hence it will lose it's settings. I would expect it to be asking for a code each time and not automatically turn off though.

Yeah its the original unit fitted.
Doesnt do it all the time just now and then maybe one day it wont then the next day 2 or 3 times WIERD

lol My CCR2006 does that as well sometimes..........when my hand touches the CD/Radio button as I shift from "D" to "P" or in reverse!! ;D ;D ;D

My NCDC2013 does that as well. Every now and then on starting the car I get a random radio station from the pre-sets or occasionally the CD.
