Thinking of buying a polisher to give the paintwork a birthday and wondered if any of you could recommend a reasonably priced decent one? ;)

Polishers are ok but be very careful when using it, if you get the slightest bit of grit or abrasive dust under the buffer pad you will know about it, also if you press too hard you will get smears.
I have recently clayed my miggy then given it the full treatment and it looks fantastic if i may say so.
Its not cheap, depends how much you admire a good looking shine. You can clay the car with a good quality bar for about £10.00, must be good quality.

I bought and used one to Tcut and wax the whole car - then I chucked it in the bin and use a cloth instead.
Funny though, I found it in the wife's bedside drawer last week. Dunno why ;) :D
