Have noticed on these colder mornings that once i start to move my mig, no matter how long its been warming up for, I get about 4 inches of "mist" up the bottom part of my front window. This soon (5 secs) goes. Any ideas chappies?? :y

Oh and new pollen filter about two weeks ago

Sounds daft but I cleaned the inside of my windows with the Autoglym window cream (the blue one, not the squeezy bottle stuff) and it sorted the misting thing. Think its the crud that develops on the window that causes it sometimes....

Oh right sound. Will give it a go. Thanks HT21 :y

Glass in its self is not a smooth product, so the constant blowing of CC onto the screen will eventually cause a build up of 'crud' which attracts moisture. By regular cleaning and/or applying something like Autoglym will produce a smoother effect, therefore less crud therefore less moisture therefore less condensation/misting.
Ask the scientists on the forum....

Merry Christmas :)

I think it's normal, especially if it's wet/damp outside coupled with the cold weather. Just like your house windows, warm air on cold glass. If it clears quickly when you crank up the blower then not too much to worry about.
