Can someone tell me about a yellow multiplug I found. I took the cover off the front passenger seat side cover on floor that covers the seat runner and where the airbag and power seat connectors are.
Can anyone tell me what the connector is for, it only has 3 wires attached to it?

yellow multi plugs are normally for the airbags, if it is disconnected then someone has disconnected the airbag in the seat for some reason, is your airbag light on? if not it could be possible that it was disconnected to solve a fault in the system.

No this multiplug was taped up with original looking tape, nothing wrong with the airbag light or anything, I guess it must be something to do with a phone kit, but not sure.

I found this same plug on my CDX when I changed the seats. I presume that it is for a seat occupied pressure pad for a seat belt
warning light for a different market. When I put elite seats in there was nowhere to plug it in to so I just left it taped up and all the functions of the seat still work. For reference the airbag cable is the thicker yellow one on the bottom of the connection block.

Some cars/seats/airbag systems have a transducer in them which will automatically disable the passenger air bag if the correct type of child seat is fitted ...... could it be the wiring loom for this, on a car that was not specced for the actual system ??

Occupancy connector is a two wire two pin affair.
