Went to the Hand Car Wash yesterday and had a inside and out done... Looks good :y
I noticed the front passenger seat was closer to the dash than it should be, so I grabbed the bar and guess what, yep one end is flapping in the breeze.
How does the bar fit to whatever under the seat? and is it easy before I bust a knuckle or something...
Thanks in advance
Merry Christmas :) :-* :)

You seat base is fubar'd and you need another/new-to-you as a replacement! ;D ;D
The seat fastens to a frame/base that is then bolted to the car floor.

Thanks Andy. Do I get/trust one from a scrappy?

I would. As Mark suggests, you've been very unlucky for your seat base to have broken, it's not a common failure. :y
Just be aware of airbags & seat belt pretensioners when you remove your seat. It's best to disconnect you battery before you do the job, as a very minimum don't turn the ignition on with the seat removed (electrically) or you'll trigger the air bag warning light which will need a 'Cheapo' or real Tech II to reset it.
