If you have just got mayo in thr oil filler, it is due to short trips, and maybe not Vx oil.  :y

The filler pipe on V6 is quite long, and if car isn't used for long journeys, the condensation that builds up there doesn't burn off.

Certain oils, Vx's own semi-synth included, are less prone. Some oils - Castrol shite springs to mind, make it worse.

So, in summary, your HG is fine.  However, all is not well, as its likely your breathers will get in similar state, so clean them out, and use a better oil :)

See the maintenance guide here: http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1152598350

Cleaning out the breather box on top of the plenum and the front multiram is easy - the rear breather box is a bit more difficult as it's at the back of the engine on the passenger  driver side - you need to be prepared to lean right over the engine and bury your left arm up to the elbow to get to it. Fiddly but well worth doing - about a two hour job if you take your time.

Be prepared to do an oil change too, if you're going to fill your engine with carb cleaner.  :y
