Need some dirty fattening food to get me through this nightshift.
Choices are:
1) Chinese
2) KFC
3) Maccy D's
4) Kebab

6) Something healthy from Tesco's!

I've eaten on both sides of the penines, this week as it happens, and there aint much to choose between them. Yuk!

Go to Tesco, salmon steaks, haddock steaks, tempura batter, slice the fish, dip in the tempura deep fry in sunflower oil... do the same with some brocolli florrets Scrumdiddlyumptious............
