Have a go at cleaning the toothed rings ::) and the ABS Sensor either side of the diff they can be seen on the second pic http://www.omegaowners.com/forum/YaBB.pl?num=1161520937.
There is also one on each front wheel as well ;)

Yeah done the back ones last year will have to do the front ones and backs again. Wouldn't this cause the speedo not to work though? Odd about handbrake light too?
MOT is on the 17th too and this ECU was only put on last year >:( Thanks for the help Pete btw will clean em' tomorrow :)

I'd check front abs sensors. Cleaning won't help, but you're looking for something obvious, eg damaged cable.
Handbrake - see if it comes on if you undo brake reservoir - if so, its the switch, if not its the bulb

I never thought of doing that myself, the handbrake light doesn't come on at all on mine!

Ok thanks will give it a go :)

If the ECU is working correctly then Tech 2 should be able to tell you which sensor is tripping the system out, similarly it can test the dashboard lights to see if the bulb has blown for the handbrake

Broken sensor wire is broke through the middle passenger side so will have to get it done thanks for the help.

The wire has snapped on the loom side of the sensor, just as it comes out of the connector, so sensor is ok but wire obviously not! Does anyone know if I cut one from another car (as close to the body as i can) can I join the wire to the new one with a connector block???

You need to make sure your join is water tight. Best joined by soldering together.
