Title: ncdc 2015's and colour screens...

how much do they usally go for?
and are they pretty much a straight swap for the ccr2006?

Not an expert by any means but the two need to be paired to each other.  If you want the 'phone option, also need the telematics kit for the sim card for placement in the glovebox....

im not bothered bout the telemtics hotel21.. just fancy the full colour screen like on your new elite :P

If you're not fussed about being able to have a sim card built into your phone then you don't need the NCDC2015. The NCDC2013, which is easier to find, will do it and save you a little space in the glove box to boot.

You can pick up a Colour Screen on German ebay - I suppose with collapse of £ against euro you are looking more at £300- 400 now.

But it must come in depaired mode from original head unit.

or buy a ncdc2013 + CID from me, all working a paired to your car (need pin code, or a code of your choosing), I'd say currently £500 would be the very cheap end of the going rate :y

Included would be 2004 satnav disk, and a gps mouse that you put near tax disc.


Minor rewiring needs to be done at back of HU (recommend you do it on a tm lead rather than butcher car wiring)

what is the connector type for the sat nav aerial on these units any one now?

is it MCX or MMCX

sorry cannot find this in any post and I do not have a manual for these units

Its SMB-M or SMB-F (can't remember which, as I've bought both types - the Carin takes one, Siemens use the other!)
