Title: trip computer....

do any omegas come without it so dont have the stalk with buttons on or do they all come with it but some just not have the salk with buttons on the end for it?

only reason i ask is because my ex plod has the intermittant wiper stalk without the buttons on the end so wasnt sure

My trip computor is controlled by the steering wheel controls, as are all the "infotainment" bits on the CID. No buttons on the wiperstalk.

This is a facelift Elite, 2001 version, with the ncdc 2013 system

As said on another thread - cars equipped with TIDs/GIDs/CIDs won't have buttons

i belive the gls's didnt have the computer functions either

Its generally 'base spec', ie, lower than GLS spec

hope it DOES have a MID!
i'll hve to try playing with my steering wheel buttons if i have those... otherwise i'll rag the wiper stalk off quickly and try the prefacelift one with the end buttons  >:(
