Just found a local buyer for my spare 3.0 autobox, that I know from personal use works perfectly, however... the meatheads that bought the engine and removed themselves did it the lazy way and left the TC on the engine, and kindly took it with them. now dumped!
will my box still be ok? and is there any special instructions I need to give the new owner when fitting this box to his own TC?
thanks
Steve

the tc should be fitted to the box while its off. make sure they push the tc fully back. the nobbles on the tc should rub against the back of the bell housing. when fitted the front bolt pulls the tc forward a fraction and will not rub when in use
