Title: emmision warning light

Had emmision light come on last week and found oil leek from rocker gasket at rear of engine. After removing HT bar of plugs also found that tops of plugs were covered with oil, and had to soak all this up. Cleaned out all breathers which were full of sludge. After putting back together engine missing and emmision light is still on.Will this go out after running a few miles. Forgot to say thet i changed the rocker gasket also

Ideally needs connecting to a code reader to ascertain why its on.  Hopefully a couple of members in Birmingham with the equipment to read 2.2
