Title: Using a 2.0 Ecotec in another car.
Post by: Big Rod on 25 February 2009, 13:05:42
Got a mate who's looking to pull the drivetrain from a 2.0 Omega to use in a 'hot rod' project.

He's wondering if there's anything he'll need other than the engine ECU with regards to security like induction loops etc.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks in advance.

He will need the immobilser ECU from around the ignition switch and the transponder from in the key.
