Title: Handbake cable replacement

Hello everyone,1st ever post on here,but always read all posts with interest.Any way back to my reason to be on here,I need to replace the handbrake cable,seized. It looks like a problem getting at the cable runs , can anybody suggest the best way to replace.

Its not too bad.  You need to remove the exhaust heat shield (not the exhaust).   And then adjust it according to the Maintenance Guide. :y

Straightforward jobbie this. Best done on ramps or over pit.

Hello everyone,just a update on this job.I just finished myself after all,what awful lot of work just to replace a cable,6 hours including tea breaks,but it was worth it now works perfect.
