Title: S.A.I. rubber hose gone AGAIN!!!

Had the hose fitted on Wednesday and today its blown again
thing is the exhaust all boxes and both cats are fine and NOT blocked
Anyone know what could be causing this to blow again especially in a short space of time first it was 3 weeks now 2 days
but come to think of it these are the only two times i have been on motorway at 70/80 mph

is the valve jammed open in the S A I pipe??  may allow hot exhaust gas to blow back
