Title: jingle jangle!!

sorry guys for the headline....but i have a terrible jingling noise under the front driver wheel when i go over a bump in the road. Could it be a drop arm link or something like it?

Drop links etc usually sound more like a clonk or deep rattle.
Jangling noise could be a piece of front spring snapped off and  bouncing around on the spring pan.
