30mm from crank pulley - what length does it need to be?

19mm crows foot - what exactly is a crows foot spanner?

Hi,
A crow foot spanner has the traditional end that fits round a nut/bolt head. There is no shank but a square drive socket instead.

crank is e20 isn't it?

maybe somebody near you can lend you the crowsfoot, e20, and so on...
