Title: heater hoses

having no heat i took the heater matrix hoses off and the matrix is free flowing but when the hoses go back on only the top hose gets warm
are the hoses on the right way around

which way round should these hoses go
i got tis funny feeling that the previous owner has put them on wrong

all sorted now
i flushed it about 3 times putting it back together and then flushing it
every time getting the engine warm

ive now got a heater that burns you face off  :y
sods law winter is over and i don't need the heater
