Did you report the damage to anyone before you left the scene?

Have you tried putting a post in the Legal section at the top of General Chat?
You may be able to get some help from there.

thats right sir crazy no damage to the lorry and nothing was felt be either me or my drivers mate i`ve seen the photos of the alleged damage and if i did that much damage to wall i would have felt it and the lorry would have had to go for repair not even a scratch on it!!! if you hit a drystone wall you would feel it and evidence of the collision would have been left on the lorry

Well then, with your Witness and the photos you have let them try.
I dont think that there will be to much to worry about, after all your Firm dropped it too  :y

When I had a bump and phoned the Police they asked if anyone was hurt, when I said "No" they said it wasn't a Police matter. I would put a Post in Legal Questions and see what they say :y
