Title: Yet another...No hot air.

Been done to death I know however:

No hot air, vents hiss but on any selection that includes \/ (thats a down arrow), it won't stop hissing.  Need to select windscreen and side vents exclusively.

Any ideas?  :-?

Check the obvious. If C/C do a re-set (On & Auto pressed for about 10-15secs). All vac pipes connected, :question pipes through bulkhead to matrix both getting hot

Quick update: seems I do get some hot air.  I think the last time we travelled in her it was particularly cold, so maybe matrix is just needing a cleanout.

Probably should have mentioned that it has no a/c nevermind c/c.

Is the engine temp getting up to about mid range. Easy enough to flush matrix. :y

You have a vac pipe off....

She has no a/c what-so-ever (ex-plod).

She gets up to temp fine.

So it looks like I have a vac pipe off then?

yeah looks like nothing is closing the flap in teh matrix for the cold air

Yep.

The most likely is on the rear of the direction control dial (often disturbed when plod bugger with the wiring!)

Will make the missus happy on the trek down to Marham next month if we have heat in the car.  :D

yeah you have to keep the woman happy when confinied in a small space like a car....lol

Not to mention the 2yr old and the 3yr old in the back!  :o
