0300 - Multiple miss fires
0301 - cylinder 1 miss fire
0302 - cylinder 2 miss fire
0303 - cylinder 3 miss fire

Is it running ok?

Its an odd one because they are spread over 2 banks!

there wasn;t 0304, 0305 and 0306 as well then?

Did it work ok before you took the plenum off? If the cars mis firing now and wasnt before there is a good chance the o rings on the underside of the plenum have not seated properly and are letting in air :y
