ive seen chips on a well known auction site and wanted to know if anyone had experience of them?
they come from germany from a company called sarmarty, just over 50-ish.

Don't do it! Probably dodgy - if you want more power get a 3.0/3.2 :y

Ive tried a couple of Chip's on my 3.0 MV6 (Not the German ones), SuperChip and Courtney, The SuperChip gave me slightly better low revs (could have been in my mind?) and the Courtney gives slightly better Mid range and an increase in MPG, again nothing special.
I got both the Chip's for free, think I would have been a bit disapointed if I had parted with some hard earned cash for them.
I believe a good upgrade for 2.5 would be to puts some 3.0 Cams in it. :y
