MAF related, assume you have 2,6 or 3,2 engine... Do a search, enogh of threads about these codes

Yes forgot to say 2.6 engine

I had this on my 2.2 and was cured by new genuine Maf :y

MAF is a possibility, and we have seen a couple of failures on DBW engines.
Could also be an air leak in the ducting, so inspect that carefully for splits and make sure all the joints are sound. Could also be any fuelling issue that affects both banks such as clogged fuel filter, low fuel pressure, coolant temperature sensor, etc.
Are you able to get it to a fault code reader that will show live data? Would be interesting to see what the MAF is reading at idle when fully warmed up, and also at a fast idle (2500 RPM).
MAFs are expensive so it's worth a bit of diagnostics just to confirm.
EDIT: While you've got a code reader on it check the coolant and air temperatures are plausible and have a look at the fuel trim values for both banks. See if they have both moved in the same direction.

Exactly the same engine and problem as me too.
Solved with replacement MAF sensor, EML light not been on since.
