Title: Day 2 Staples to Naples Big Rod Report

Today realy was the big one....with the main Alpine passes including Stelvio.

The passes are realy stuning but......a mechanical problem!

The handbrake shoe retaining pin fell out of the backplate and was rattling around in the drum assembly.

So, after an hour in the car park of a posh hotle and with the aid of a hacksaw, hamemr and a big dollop of fibre glass a bodge was implimented and is still working!

I looks like the car might be returning to blightly, the guys bringing it back are planning to give it a hiding around the Nurburgring!

They're really determined to kill it somehow ;D
