Title: Help .... Tie Rod Part?

Hey guys!  I'm from Canada.  I own a 2001 Cadillac Catera (3.0L V6).

This is what it looks like:

I need to replace my outer tie rods.  I found the parts from Ebay UK.  But am not sure if the cars they list are the same as my car.

It says its compatible with the following cars:
 Opel
MMM Omega B (1994-) 2.0i
MMM Omega B (1994-) 2.0TD
MMM Omega B (1994-) 2.2i
MMM Omega B (1994-) 2.5i
MMM Omega B (1994-) 2.5TD
MMM Omega B (1994-) 3.0i
M Vauxhall
MMM Omega (1994-04) 2.0i
MMM Omega (1994-04) 2.0TD
MMM Omega (1994-04) 2.2i
MMM Omega (1994-04) 2.5i
MMM Omega (1994-04) 2.5TD

Are any of the cars listed there equivalent to my car?   :-?

Can you post the ebay links.

Also a picture of your part on the car.

The outer tie rods in the uk (and I understand the USA) changed in 2000 with the facelift variant.

The GM part numbers for the later cars are:

Outer RH - 9193099
Outer LH - 9193098
Inner RH - 90510652
Inner LH - 90510651
