vauxhall charge for a tech 2 to set the abs ecu up to the car?. ;)

When  I got quotes, anything from £35 - £70.

any of the tech2's on here can do it cheaper, and I beleive I can as well with "My Naff Code Reader"

just needs to know 2.5 / 3.0 & auto / manual.

I had mine done with a local tech2 for £10 :)

why do you need it programming?
new one to you from a different car?

the car had a new one in 07, was never programmed. vaux quote £52. :o

Does your car also have a stalling problem for the 1st min or 2 after turning on from cold?

no, although the revs are low when started from cold. i have tc & abs lights on. speedo ok though.  :y
