It's been puzzling me since i bought the car! there not on the engine photos posted elsewhere on the forum!? :-?

Believe these are Ecotek devices that are supposed to increase performance and economy. Generally considered a waste of time from everything I have read. http://www.ecotekplc.com/

Nope. Modern engines don't need de-coking and I can't see how you'd spray that into the inlet of the V6 when it's running anyway. It would just settle in the bottom of the front multiram chamber.

To be fair, they are spring loaded slightly more sophisticated air leaks ;D

I doubt they would have cost GM 50p each to make. I doubt they cost Ecotek 50p each to make. There's good money in snake oil if your customer is a big enough breakwit! ;D
