Are you getting your Engine Management Light on (from the topic of your post?)

If so, do the pedal trick to find out the fault code (do a search in the search box for Pedal Trick)

Or is your motor cutting out/idling erratically?

Or both??

I think I am right in saying this (mods/ anyone else please correct me if I am not) the 2.6 and 3.2 do not have an idle control valve unlike like the 2.5 and 3.0 do. The 2.6 and 3.2 are drive by wire and the ecu takes care of the idle, mixture and throttle opening etc etc.

Have you checked plugs, air filter etc.
