Title: Drop links

Hi all got to replace my drop links are these any good?

Also can you get just one side?

FAI are normally the cheap ones we recommend, but seem to be impossible to get currently. But at that price, even if they do fail early, its got to be worthwhile.


Do them in pairs.

I would normally but there is absolutely no play in the other side it's free moving side in the ball joint but no play.  

Just seems a waste if there is nothing wrong with it.

Ah, but you wouldn't replace a single spring and/or shock, even if other side is fine, would you ;)

In a way thats what worries me, they seem very cheap really dont want to change them only to have to do it all again a few weeks time if you get my meaning.

Bought a pair from Motorist Warhouse, Dewsbury, £18.50 including delivery, arrived the next day. Fitted them the same day, no problems, good quality & well made.  :y

I fitted a pair on Sunday - same as the top advert, and they looked the same as the ones I removed

Actually that makes me feel a whole lot better as I replaced both bonnet struts. One was actually OK.  ;)
