Have vista on my new computer.... finally managed to install EPC after "running as previous version of Windows" ....but it will not start ... comes up with

"problem decoding security device utdall32.dll not found...

Anyone know the answer please?

assuming its a legal copy, as discussions of illegal copies arent allowed ;)

Sounds like a very old copy of EPC, if you have a valid subscription, you should be using EPC3 which doesn't have this issue.

It is an old copy...where to get a new one...?..and how much..?

Its quite expensive, but prices do vary. Try a car diagnostics equipment supplier. Expect to pay between £200 and £1200 per year, depending on supplier, and number of updates per year you require.

BLimey expensive.......

I'm only trying to save their service desk time by giving the correct number.... same as you do in Argos when you think about it ... don't see the difference really ...oh well will go and use a load of their time then.......

It runs best with XP and IE6 ;)

Also a Java update will sometimes help.
