Hi all,
here's the thing my recently bought elite 2.5 auto 1999 (mini-facelift) is idling a bit poorly, any advice?
i'm a bit handy with tools but no mechanic, especially on this all gizmos car :)
any help would be appreciated.

Hi Andy B thanks for the reply, oh god where to start, its my first mig so i don't even know were to look, if this topic as allready been debated could u point me there? thank you so much i got a weekend free soon so i can have a really good look at it, as i love the car and want to keep it for a good stint.

A look through the maintenance guides would be good, loads of info there. IACV is the cylindrical thing at the top on the passenger side of the engine, spray loads of carb cleaner in there and give it a good shake, repeat till cleaner comes out clean.
There are various thin plastic vacuum pipes around the engine bay opperating various things, make sure they're all plugged in & not split.

Also i will be looking in to the guides and check it all out
