I realised a while back my self levelling wasn't working and put it down the the NSR shock slowly pi55ing all it's oil out. Fitted the replacement yesterday with the hope it would cure it but alas no :( IIRC it's connected to fuse 15 on my 96my which is fine as the radio is still working. Any ideads where to start looking for another cure?

Try again... I thought I'd beat the outage! ::) ::) ::)
Have you checked the sensor... NSR arm IIRCC.
They have a habit of popping off or sticking

The suspension level sensor is on t'other side of the car. Nearside sensors are for the HID headlights (if fitted) ;)
Does your compressor run shortly after you start the car? Compressor lives under the front bumper/driver's side wing!

Yes SAI compressor runs for about a min after startup. Where is the sensor? Is it not the one bolted to the OS of the diff?

SAI?? That lives under the passenger wing I believe, however that's a different animal from the suspension compressor. ;) ;) ;)

level sensor is drivers side rear, between dif and fuel filter on mine. 4 by 2 box with a right angle arm and rose joint connector rod. If you lie by the side of the car and reach under, rear wheel in your left arm pit, with a flat blade screw driver and lever the bottom rose joint off, you can raise the sensor arm fully.
Then the car, and wait for the level pump to start, if it does the car should rise to max hight.(handy for changing fuel filter or what ever) You can sit on the rear bumper with the boot open with feet on floor and feel it rise. If nothing happens and pump still runs you have no air output from the pump or its leaking, so you should hear a his, you can pull the R Clip off the shock body above the wheel and see if there is air output. ps self level pump is behind bumper drivers side. Forward of front wheel under air box. Look up from the floor.
