Title: AICV can they be faulty
Post by: dave abra on 26 May 2009, 21:31:07
Hi
I recently asked for help because my 2.5 cdx was cutting out when i slowed down at roundabouts etc. You guys sugested the AICV. I have cleaned it out with carb cleaner but i am still suffering from the cutting out.

It only seems to happen when the car is hot. Does the AICV work differently when the car is hot?  could the AICV be faulty or does it need more cleaning.

Have done paper clip test as well but only got code 31.
Any thoughts.  :)
