Not sure on the removal ofthe manifold but the parts is
U25TD/X25TD
Glow Plugs 93183740 £8.27 each + VAT
Manifold Gaskets 90509135 £1.96 each + VAT
Y25TD
Glow Plugs 93171875 £8.26 each + VAT
Manifold Gaskets (Square type) 93176515 £1.36 each + VAT
or ( Round type) 93171555 £1.12 each + VAT
Only snag is the manifold gaskets for the Y25TD are only available from Opel in Germany and they are not stocked in the UK, or try BMW

Got my manifold gaskets from BMW over the counter - engine type is (I'm sure) M51D. Reasonably priced too!
Glow-plugs - specify Beru or NGK, available from reputable factors at around 7 or 8 quid each.

I know not highly thought of.
Plugs Ebay 21 for 6.
Gaskets 20 year old blue hylomar.

Often you can reuse the gaskets a couple of times. Depends on how long they've been on, and how many times its been on and off. In my experience, they are always on backorder, and take a few weeks to turn up from Vx.
Plugs - I used NGK, around £45 for the six.

Ive just done my glow plugs and gaskets ( thanks to oof ;) ) I had to pay nearly £70 for my NGK but I didnt have time to shop around. As for the 6 gaskets I struggled to get all of them from one place. But after a few calls managed to get them but had to wait 3 days. Make sure you physically have them before you take the manifold off or like me you will be looking for other jobs to do while waiting for them. I changed the oil and filter while I was waiting ;D ;D Can you tell Im pleased with myself ::)
As for taking off the manifold if you have a girlfriend/wife get her to do it, I can get my hands in to place you guys cant :D :D :D :D found it very easy, took me more time to scrap the old gaskets off ;D ;D
