No, Had a set on my mig for years and still good not like them preface ones
-
no, they are similar in design to facelift Elite.
All facelift alloys are quite strong
-
i've had one buckle (tyre pressure was wrong) but a new replacement was fairly reasonable
-
whats the difference in the alloys design between the facelift and pre-facelift?

Dont have any Pics of the MV6 PreFace, but heres a couple of Pics of the MV6 FaceLift.
1st Pic (5 spoke) is the 17" of the early FL which were unique to the MV6, 2nd Pic (6 spoke) is of the later FL MV6's which were I believe were shared with the later Elite's.

And talking of MV6 wheels, anyone got an early FL one for sale?

Yup - I know what you mean. They are a very good looking wheel. Trouble is, looking and lasting are not the same (unfortunately!).
Anyway, I wanted a bigger rim..........(tee hee!)

Depending on the age of the facelift car! :y :y :y :y
but I agree that they're the type that look bestter ...... which is why I have them on my preface lift. ;)

thought wheel design was age dependent on face lift?

The two different Elite designs are shown in the thread. Both are facelift, just that one is very late facelift.
