Does anyone have photos of how they laid out their engine bay for LPG conversion stuff in a V6 Omega, and photos of injector drilling please?

Thanks, that's very helpful. What drill size did you use for the injectors? Mine is a 2.6l V6, Regards, Will

If you PM me with your E mail address I will send you some photos of my installation. In this case the injectors were not fitted in the manifold. Instead the injector blocks were mounted on top of the plenum with pipes from them leading to 6 nipples drilled and tapped into the top of the plenum. On the inside of the plenum, long plastic straws then go into the manifold trumpet and reach down onto the top of the valves. Doing this way makes it much easier to change the plugs IMHO and seems to work just fine in my case (3.2 DBW with long plenum)

Do you mean drilling out the nozzles in the injectors or for the tapped holes?
The injector nozzles were drilled out to 3.0mm. For a 2.6 I would suggest starting a bit smaller, prehaps about 2.7mm.
The nozzles are M6 thread, so a 5mm diameter hole in the manifold before tapping IIRC.
