Hi, can anyone tell me what the part at the back of the V6 engine, refered to by Haynes Manual as the "Manifold Switchover Valve, Solenoid valve" is, and does anyone have a part number for it? MTIA

presume multi ram, alters inlet air flow to optimise torque and top end power according to rpm.
But not so fast, whats the issue...?

My friend put his hand down the back of the engine trying to trace the crank sensor lead and snapped the top off this valve. :'(

The problem is I need to know what to ask for when I go for the part. Is it, as Haynes says, the Manifold Switchover Solenoid Valve, or is it known by another name?
