Title: Rear bumper cover dent

Have a small depression in the rear bumper cover of my 2.5TD CDX; just above the towing eye cover.

I am hoping to push out the depression from behind the cover with a piece of wood inserted through any available gaps.

How do I remove the chrome strip from the bumper?
