Title: which oil and time for changing???

Hello

I have omega b 2.5td with x25dt engine(bmw 130 HS) with 3120.000km. I use mobil 5w-40 oil and I always change it on 10.000km. What is the best time to change oil in this engine and which oil do you recommend? I am thinking about this engine oil, which has mos2 or molybdenum disulphide inside it.Just look and tell me your opinion please:) Would I continue with mobil 5w-40 or use thisone to protect engine with mos2 addition?
