Don't ignore it! :-? That's how you get blow-outs on the motorway It looks very close to the edge of the tyre to be repaired - but I'm no expert.
Take your car to a decent tyre bay for their opinion & let them take it out!  :y  :y

Dont pull it out unless you want the tire to go flat. But go directly to a tire shop and get it repeired. Should only cost about 15 to 20 sobs i guess....?

You can put your spare on if you like  ;), but if you look at the size, it's different from those already fitted.  :-?  :-? :y  :y  :y

well I think the posidrive head is a tad worn and filled with what looks like cement,  and I expect the point has been dulled a little, but if you really wanted to reuse it I suppose you could... but a new one would only cost about 2p ... so I'd change it.

(I'd also think about replacing the tyre .. but thats another subject .... )

 ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

You'd be better off with a nail - wait for the next puncture!!

Looks close to the sidewall so may not repair.  Take it to a real tyre place (not a fast fit centre....) to get an honest answer rather than 'it needs a new tyre love - £125 after discount to you....'

My local tyre place takes £7 for a puncture repair.  Last one they did was a borderline repair as it was also too close, perhaps, to the sidewall but its held air no probs since....   :y

May just be my eyes Shell - but there only looks to be about 2mm of tread on the tyre - if that's the case, combined with the screw location, I would just get a new tyre....  :y

Looks like 3 or 4 mil left perhaps james....  Wear bar shadows out at 2 mil and theres at least one or more mm above that.  Check the TWI and wear bars on the pic....   ;)

it does look borderline for a patch repair but if they have the plug type [its pulled through the hole] you should get away with it.
