Title: Yellow fuse

Whats the yellow fuse for 20A its under the bonnet in the fusebox near the battery sits on its own it was blown when i bought the car replaced it twice it keeps blowing doesent blow straight away & everything works fine
does anyone know what its for as i dont have a manual  :-/
