Title: Big Blunder!

Just checked my email, an administrator at work has emailed some extremely confidential directors meeting minutes - instead of the person they were meant to go to, they have been sent to everyone in the company, and she cannot recall it.

I wouldn't want to be her right now - but I've learned some interesting things  ;D ;D
