Title: camshaft followers ?

Been told my new estate has a noisy cam follower , will an oil flush and oil change cure this problem ?  :-/

It certainly won't harm, and will save popping the cams out if it works.  Wynns do a special lifter treatment that seems to work well most of the time as well.

Halfrauds sell it in a plastic bottle, similar shape to redex bottles etc. Its called something like Wynns Lifter Treatment

If i was to put car in garage to do cam followers is it an expensive job . or is there anyone going to anglia meet, that is capable of doing this in the short time over weekend at meet . if so what parts do i need to buy ::) ::)
