Title: multi function display dead pixels

seems to be working ok but too many pixels missing to be of use.is it fixable or can i buy a replacement?

Also, there are different types of display. The is a post in Common Issues and FAQ section describing and showing the different ones.  I imagine yours is early style MID...

If i can get an replacement,  does it need calibrated to my car?

if not from same engine type and gearbox type, yes.

I believe that some one with TECH 2 can re-program a replacement MID to suit your own car.
If I'm wrong then somebody will soon post the correct information,
