Title: Bonnet replacement

I'm going to have to replace the bonnet on my 1994 3.0 Elite and was wonder if anyone knew if anybody manufactures either a fiberglass or carbon fibre bonnet?

If not, any ideas if the facelift bonnet will fit in place of my pre-facelift model (I'll obviosuly have to remove the grill).

i have a spare bonnet for a pre-facelift in green. :)
