Just had a new IACV and fitted it, but it still will cut out but not all the time. It's only when I’m at a junction at tick over at between 500 & 600 rpm, As from my other posts I’ve had the gearbox oil and filter changed, as well as the left side crank shaft sensor.
Am I missing anything stupid, has anyone else had this problem and how did get fixed?

your car details in your profile would help...
Any fault codes?
oil changes up to date?
air filter clean?
breathers and throttle body clean?

3.0l V6 elite 2000 vreg, it had a service not long ago.

had this on a veccy b (4 pot) and it turned out to be the MAF. best best is to try to get a fault code with the paperclip test - go from there

Found out the MAF sensor was upside down, the arrow on the pipe was facing down but the sensor arrow up. Would this make any difference?????

Try it, also has the fuel filter been changed??????

I have just turned it the right way up, it seemsw to run alot better. Thanks. :)
