Title: 3.0L elite manual, how much?

A friend of mine has an N plate elite manual with leather, 138,000mls and T&T until march which needs some pads and discs and a section of exhaust. He has just got a lease car and has offered it to me, so how much is it worth. All answers on a postcard please  ;D

bargain basement values I'm afraid...  £500 - £1k depending on condition.

Condition is good and has never wanted for anything, if i said it could be mine for £350  ;)

They really aren't worth much at that age, but at £350, if it doesn't need much doing, got to be a good price for a car you know...
