Title: Plenum poser ?

I have a split in one of the four hoses that come out of the back of the plenum box, Where does the other end of the split hose attatch to ? by that i mean whats the part called ? i know i could cut the hose and re-attatch it to the plenum box but it seems quite short :-/

goes to breather box back of engine, behind drivers side cylinder bank, Cylinder 5.
