Title: Headlamp adjuster broken new unit needed. Help pls

I have a 1997 3.0 elite estate that has failed mot due to headlamp adjuster broken. Its a xenon type (GM90 565 804 rh) and trying to find a replacement is a pain. A brand new one lists from £220 + and a second hand one  ranges from £65+. Does a replacement have to be the exact part number listed above? Thanks in advance.
